Ordering Info

If you would like for us to design your graphics and/or website, please contact us at lissasnyder@mchsi.com or 319-524-0293, 9am-5pm Central Time, Monday-Friday and leave a message if there is no answer. Email is the easiest way to get ahold of us.

We request a down-payment of 50% on all work, and this is non-refundable once the work has begun. The other 50% is due once the work is completed and before it is released to you. Once your account is paid in full, your graphics and website are yours to do with as you wish. We only request a link back to us at the bottom of each page. We in turn will provide a link to your site on our Portfolio page.

If this is absolutely not viable for your budget, please contact us. We believe that no one should be denied the chance to expand their business with a website simply because of budget constraints. We would be happy to work out a payment plan with you to suit your needs. With our payment plans, we retain the username and password to your website until your account is paid in full. If it is not paid according to our arrangements and other arrangements have not been made, we reserve the right to remove your graphics and/or site until payment is made in full. We do not charge interest on our payment plans.
